The Shanghai Integrated Circuit Industry Association was established in 2001. It is the industry supervisory unit appointed by the Shanghai Economic and Information Commission. It is responsible for leading and promoting the comprehensive development of integrated circuits in Shanghai. Its member units include leading companies such as Shanghai Advanced Micro-Semiconductor, Hua Hong Semiconductor, Intel China, and TSMC. EASMT officially joined the Shanghai Integrated Circuit Industry Association in October 2024 after being reviewed by the Shanghai Integrated Circuit Association.
