"Limited Product Lifetime Warranty" means that EASMT will provide free replacement service (shipping cost not included) if any quality problems occur during the use of the product. Product lifetime is defined as the normal use period of the product in the industry, however, each country may have its own defined lifespan.
Warranty Precautions


This warranty policy only applies to EASMT retail packaged products purchased by the original end user (hereinafter referred to as "you") from EASMT or EASMT-approved third-party distributors; in this warranty policy, EASMT retail packaged products refer to EASMT products manufactured and distributed for consumer or household personal use (hereinafter referred to as "products"). If you purchase through channels other than the above, or purchase products that are not EASMT retail packaged, this warranty policy will not apply. It is recommended that you contact the merchant who sold you the product.

① EASMT guarantees that if all products have defects and failures in materials or functions during the warranty period, EASMT will serve consumers by replacing products of the same grade.
② The scope of application of this warranty does not include damage to the product caused by non-natural or external factors, and EASMT does not bear any direct or indirect responsibility for the data stored in the product connected to any improper power supply voltage medium. EASMT is not responsible for any material or immaterial loss or damage, such as loss of profits, loss of data, or unavailability of the Instate hard drive or related components (whether direct, indirect, consequential, incidental or punitive loss or damage) caused by the warranty of the Instate hard drive or other circumstances (such as but not limited to damage or loss of software programs or other data carriers, or virus attacks).
③ Due to the rapid replacement of products, if the product is discontinued when sent for repair, EASMT will replace it with a "replacement" of the same level.
④ Before returning the defective product to EASMT, you must have proof of purchase and obtain EASMT warranty service authorization, including return authorization (RMA) and number. All returns should comply with EASMT standard return authorization terms and conditions. Returned products should be properly packaged and returned by postage paid. It is recommended to be insured or shipped by trackable means. EASMT is not responsible for any products lost or damaged in transit.
⑤ When you return the product and do not agree to the replacement, EASMT will notify you through the service process (including but not limited to phone, SMS, email notification, etc.) to retrieve your product. If you fail to retrieve your product in time, or it cannot be delivered to the address you provided, EASMT will keep your product for 60 days. After this period, EASMT will notify you again to pick up the product based on the contact information you provided when applying for the replacement service. If you still do not come to retrieve your product, EASMT reserves the right to dispose of your product at its own discretion, including but not limited to claiming storage fees from you, handling your product in accordance with laws and regulations, and exercising any legal lien for unpaid fees.
*Note: Accessories and small gifts given for purchasing EASMT products are not covered by warranty.
The warranty does not apply to the following situations



If the following situations occur, including but not limited to, the product is not applicable to the EASMT product warranty:
1. Unauthorized modification, repair or disassembly;
2. The product appearance is damaged, and the warranty label or capacity label is changed or removed. The original identification information of the product is modified, smeared or removed;
3. The product S/N serial number is inconsistent, damaged or unrecognizable;
4. The customer cannot provide the model and serial number of the solid-state drive, or cannot provide proof of purchase of the solid-state drive by presenting the sales receipt;
5. Products purchased through non-EASMT authorized distribution channels;
6. Damage caused by any other reasons not attributable to EASMT;
7. The product has expired the limited warranty period.
8. The faulty parts of the product have exceeded the free warranty period
9. Failure or damage of products not configured at the factory
10. Failure or damage caused by the use of pirated or other illegal authorized software, non-standard or unpublished software Normal wear and tear
11. Any modification, abuse, accident, disassembly, improper use or unauthorized repair
12. Failure and damage caused by installation, addition, expansion of accessories not sold, authorized or approved by EASMT
13. The serial number label, manufacturer's product number or part number label is lost, tampered or unreadable, or does not match the actual product
14. Any improper installation, operation, cleaning, including any use not in accordance with the product manual provided
15. Any other reasons not related to defects in product materials or workmanship
16. Failures caused by natural disasters, improper installation, accidents, abuse, misuse, insufficient or overloaded power supply voltage, improper human operation, adverse environmental conditions, etc., such as connection to any improper power supply voltage
17. Damage caused by force majeure such as natural disasters (including but not limited to earthquakes, floods, rainstorms, typhoons, lightning strikes), damage caused by war, terrorist activities, nuclear accidents, and fire
18. Damage caused by human factors or subjective intent or negligence (including but not limited to obvious marks of blunt objects), improper use by minors
19. Theft, loss of the show
20. Failure to comply with EASMT Damage caused by recommended protection, maintenance measures or operating specifications, or inappropriate environment
21. Destructive damage, missing parts
22. Failure, damage or loss caused by third-party products, services or behaviors
23. Failure or damage caused by unexpected factors or human factors (including but not limited to computer viruses, operating errors, liquid ingress, scratches, handling, bumps, improper plugging and unplugging, foreign objects falling, rodent damage, insect damage, etc.)
24. EASMT free software and free gifts are warranted in the warranty method specified in the event
25. The original dealers and agents are responsible for service, warranty and technical support for additional services and additional non-EASMT accessories and non-EASMT gifts promised by dealers and agents
26. Damage caused by changes in the appearance of the product (accidental or other), but has no effect on the operation process and performance of the product, including but not limited to rust, change of color, texture decoration, natural damage and gradual aging of the product, such as the weakening and dimming of LED lights due to normal use or loss, are not within the warranty scope.
27. Counterfeit products are also not covered by the warranty; that is, products that EASMT determines in its sole discretion are not manufactured by EASMT or any of its authorized manufacturers.
28. EASMT will not provide any service for products that are not covered by the warranty.
Defects caused by the following applications or uses. The warranty does not cover the following. However, the warranty applies to products that we have separately specified for use.
1. For continuous recording and recording, such as use with hard disk recorders, flight recorders, surveillance cameras, server recording, etc.
2. For continuous playback, such as for digital signage, continuous playback devices, etc.
3. Use as an internal component of a device.
4. Industrial applications
5. Other uses beyond the operating range of the device.
Disclaimer


To the extent permitted by law, the above terms are EASMT's complete warranty terms and replace all other written or oral warranties. Except for the above conditions, EASMT will not make any other warranties from any third party. EASMT will refuse all warranties other than the above terms. If the laws of a specific country/region have their own maximum warranty period, EASMT will provide warranty services for the longest period allowed by the laws of that country/region. If the laws of a specific country/region do not allow the exclusion of implied product warranties or the limitation of the duration of product warranties, EASMT only recognizes that such implied warranties are valid for the specific country/region and the warranty period expressly stated by EASMT.
EASMT products are not certified for use as critical parts. Do not use them in life support equipment or equipment where the failure or failure of the product may cause personal injury or death. EASMT will not be liable for any personal injury, personal injury or property damage caused by the use of products in equipment, including but not limited to military equipment or military-related equipment, traffic control equipment, disaster prevention systems, and medical equipment or medical-related equipment. EASMT is not responsible for any damage or loss caused by loss, corruption, or error of content or data, or any expenses incurred in determining the source of system problems, or disassembling, repairing, or installing EASMT products, and these situations are not covered by the product warranty. This product warranty does not cover third-party software, linked devices, or stored data.
Valid proof of purchase


The original proof of purchase provided by the consumer must include the name of the store where the purchase was made, the date of purchase, and the product description (such as model) and price. EASMT accepts proof of purchase in paper or electronic form.
Validity of Agreement

The validity of each clause of this Agreement/Policy is independent, and the invalidity of some clauses of this Agreement/Policy will not cause the invalidity of other clauses
This warranty agreement/policy may be updated from time to time to the extent permitted by law.
This Agreement/Policy is only applicable to users who purchase products in Japan, and warranty service is only provided in this region. All or part of the content of the agreement is not transferable.
